Sales Support Analyst

Informa TechTarget is a leading company in the B2B technology space, seeking a dynamic Sales Support Analyst to join their team. The role involves providing essential pre-sales support and collaborating with various departments to drive successful sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget’s products and pricing by working closely with various pre-sales and post-sales departments
  • Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations
  • Price out products for proposal components in various formats: Develop PowerPoint presentations Format details into agency templates (Excel)
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts
  • Oversee and distribute approved Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation and invoicing needs
  • Act as the primary support for our sales team, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved

  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field
