Job Details:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data center infrastructure support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support for all data center infrastructure, including power and cooling systems, raised floor equipment, and full stock management.

Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to lead the pack and make a significant impact on our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a focal point for incident management on the side of power and cooling systems
• Developing and implementing effective techniques for staff and vendor maintenance
• Scheduling, tracking, and providing oversight for vendor maintenance
• Establishing data center best practices and standards
• Identifying training needs and providing instruction
• Covering open shifts on the off chance that staff plans cannot be refilled
• Recognizing data center reliability patterns and risks
• Providing support for issue management to assist with resolving equipment, functional, and application issues on the side of power and cooling systems
• Assisting with data center capacity management
• Contributing to development exercises ensuring architectural and functional requirements are met

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of complete work experience in environments containing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and UPS systems
• In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge design technical approaches in design, build, testing, and troubleshooting issues as expected by area
• Ability to maintain technical knowledge within subject matters
• Commitment to staying current with new and advancing technologies through proper training and self-education
