Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing personalized support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer product-related questions, provide product recommendations, and offer solutions that meet customer needs
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish and English)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
