The Role
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate in Chat Support, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with online shoppers, providing guidance and support through live chat on websites and social media platforms. Your role will involve:
- Managing inquiries about products, processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Responding to customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
- Providing sales guidance and support to potential new customers
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
