Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in short studies and data entry/feedback initiatives, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
- Collaborate with our research team to develop and implement market research initiatives, including concept testing, tracking studies, and choice modeling
- Assist in creating questions and surveys to extract information from future consumers
- Analyze and interpret raw data from surveys, entering data into software and providing insights to our clients
- Participate in online focus groups and product testing, providing feedback and insights to our clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
