Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer engagement tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer engagement, social media, and digital marketing.
