Job Overview
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing sales support to our clients' customers. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide sales support to customers, including upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Utilize our proprietary technology platform to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
