Brief Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid position, based in Reston, VA. The candidate will build reporting, automation, and data delivery solutions that improve decision-making by providing internal stakeholders and external clients with accurate, timely, and actionable operational data. This role will support continuous process improvement efforts that reduce operational friction, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen system maturity across operations. The role will also help develop scalable processes that support the growth of white-label operations, while enhancing how the business uses its ERP as a core operational platform for triage, dispatch, and operational finance. By improving data visibility, workflow efficiency, and system adoption, this role will help enable scale, strengthen execution, and build confidence and trust with both internal stakeholders and external clients.Possible Tasks within this RoleOperational systems & workflows •ttttt Support the scale and maturity of the company’s enterprise service management platform as the system of record for ticketing, dispatching, scheduling, and operational finance •ttttt Standardize workflows and improve execution consistency across NOC and commercial operations •ttttt Identify process gaps and support improvements that increase operational efficiency and scalability Reporting & analytics •ttttt Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and other reporting tools to support operational decision-making •ttttt Analyze operational data and trends to identify performance insights and process improvement opportunities •ttttt Support recurring reporting needs across operations, NOC, and client-facing programs •ttttt Improve reporting accuracy, visibility, and timeliness across the organization Cross-functional partnership •ttttt Partner cross-functionally to improve system adoption, workflow execution, and operational effectiveness •ttttt Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and support teams to drive alignment and process maturityQualification requirementsExperience •ttttt 3 to 5 years in operations, systems support, reporting, analytics, or related roles •ttttt Hands on experience building reports using SQL. •ttttt Experience supporting operational workflows such as ticketing, dispatching, scheduling, and reporting Preferred •ttttt Experience with enterprise work or order management systems •ttttt Exposure to NOC, field, or service operations environments •ttttt Experience supporting customer facing or white label programs •ttttt Experience in EV charging operations •ttttt Experience in EV charging, service operations, infrastructure, or other technical operating environments preferred Education •ttttt Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience Work Flexibility •t tttt Up to 10% travel requiredElectrify America, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in operations, systems support, reporting, analytics, or related roles
  • Hands on experience building reports using SQL.
  • Experience supporting operational workflows such as ticketing, dispatching, scheduling, and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with enterprise work or order management systems
  • Exposure to NOC, field, or service operations environments
  • Experience supporting customer facing or white label programs
  • Experience in EV charging operations
  • Experience in EV charging, service operations, infrastructure, or other technical operating environments preferred
