The Role

As an Experienced Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll engage with clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing expert guidance on investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You'll also take ownership of complex issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to offer the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of finance and investment products

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in finance or a related field

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
