Role Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist - Remote / Typist, you'll play a critical role in refining child assistance payments in the SDU (State Price Device) body according to Standard Operating Procedures. You'll also be responsible for other tasks as delegated, requiring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Refine child assistance payments in the SDU (State Price Device) body according to Standard Operating Procedures

• Perform other tasks as delegated, including data collection, research, coordination, and analysis
• Maintain a basic understanding of plans and methods
• Utilize tact, persistence, and politeness to interact with clients and colleagues
• Work effectively in a fast-paced setting with minimal direction
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed
• Meet stringent timelines and schedules

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong understanding of data entry procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or a related field
