Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, and entering them into our system. Key Responsibilities

* Take customer calls to take orders and provide exceptional customer service

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer software
  • Reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
