Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assisting customers with tracking packages, scheduling deliveries, and resolving shipment-related issues
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex services, rates, and delivery options
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
