Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Airline Support, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
