[Remote] Oracle HCM Analyst

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in Oracle HCM Cloud ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Assist in configuring HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, and Payroll based on business requirements
- Generate HR reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Support system testing, upgrades, and new feature implementations within the HCM environment
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide support to HR and end users
- Perform data audits and validation checks to maintain data integrity across the system
