  • Actioning requests in our systems, including order cancellations, refunds, and changes to customer accounts
  • Ensuring timely and professional communication that aligns with our brand voice and customer service guidelines
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our products and business to provide accurate information and solutions
  • Identifying patterns in customer issues and proactively suggesting improvements to our processes
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in email-based customer service, preferably in e-commerce or with platforms like Etsy
  • Strong written communication skills in English, with a customer-focused approach
