What We Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various touchpoints, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution, always keeping the customer at the forefront of your interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Address customer-facing service situations from various areas of arenaflex, including general inquiries, payment issues, and account-related concerns.

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, resolving disputes, and promoting our services.
  • Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing and re-prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Manage customer conflict and escalations, demonstrating patience, empathy, and respect.
  • Answer non-routine questions that require deviation from standardized procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer care, or dispute resolution.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
