About the Position

As a Customer Care Professional - Platinum, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through high-volume inbound calls, providing tailored solutions, and reinforcing the benefits of our services. This role requires a customer-first mentality, a strong ability to build rapport, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Consistently deliver extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Add value for customers through relevant recommendations of our services and products.
  • Utilize a service-oriented personality to develop key selling skills, building strong relationships with customers and driving loyalty.
  • Responsible for case intake, analyzing fraud and dispute cases, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Use tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and effective.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals, including sales rates and customer performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
