Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages, emails, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
  • Classify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build brand loyalty
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide expert support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat)

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer Experience Professional)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
