Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing database systems that meet the needs of our end-users
• Ensuring the availability and quality of the developed database, taking into account the specialized roles of the end-users
• Defining end-users and ensuring that data is accessible in the right format, to the right users at the proper time
• Responding quickly to errors reported by users and taking prompt action to resolve issues
• Protecting the database from unauthorized access and attacks
• Implementing adequate data backup and transaction recovery techniques
• Providing support and training to users for proactively managing data
• Analyzing performance by performing tests and reporting metrics
• Identifying opportunities for improving and protecting the database system

Job Skills

To succeed as a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Administrator or in a related role
• Complete knowledge of data recovery, backup, and security
• Familiarity with database designing and manipulation languages, such as Microsoft Office or Customer Service
• Working experience with database administration tools and other third-party tools
• Good problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization skills and a reliable personality
