The Role
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the arenaflex experience is consistently excellent. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues
- Collaborating with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following characteristics, skills, and experience:
- Minimum two years of previous customer care experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism
- Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions, including phone calls and emails
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as required
- Ability to travel to London for a two-week training period (travel and accommodation provided)
