This position is remote-friendly! Your primary tasks and responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions 
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates 
• Building a strong talent pipeline 
• Effectively using a variety of sourcing and screening tools
• Building rapport with candidates and effectively communicating the company's value proposition

• Have 2+ years of experience in IT Recruiting 
• Have a proven ability to find and attract top talent 
• Have an extensive network and are a member of professional communities
• Are an excellent communicator and have outstanding interpersonal skills 
• Are proactive and adaptable 
• Have a passion for technology and automation 
• Have Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
