Position Overview

Weco Hospitality is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This will be a remote position, we are looking for someone with an amazing attitude who is always ready to help customers and wants to grow within the company!

Responsibilities

· Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty.

· Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.

· Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer.

· Participate in the company's social media campaigns

· Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!

Qualifications

· Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Effective listening skills

· Strong negotiation and leadership skills

· Deadline and results-oriented

· Self-motivated and proactive qualities

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
