Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking, reservations, and other flight-related queries
  • Provide information on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information
  • Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines
  • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
  • Familiarity with airline reservations systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
