Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding, while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. You'll also collaborate with your team and stay informed on product and policy updates to ensure you're always up-to-date on the latest information. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing transactions and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements
