Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
