Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Psychological Associate - Doctoral Level, located in Beverly Hills, CA. The role involves supporting clients through individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to their mental health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic services, and documenting client progress in compliance with clinical and ethical standards. The role also includes collaborating with team members and providing insights for specialized services, such as media consultation or family reconciliation therapy.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention- must be able to conduct psychological assessments (e.g., MMPI, WAIS, WISC, ASRS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in individual, couple, and family counseling techniques
  • Ability to design and implement client-centered treatment plans
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Experience in working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
  • Skills in conflict resolution and family systems therapy are highly valued
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field and registration with the Board of Psychology, California, as a Psychological Associate
