Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Reporting and Compliance

As a key member of our Financial Reporting and Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data entry, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing financial data entry, including budget summaries, financial statements, and regulatory reports
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data, including compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely reporting
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Providing training and support to junior team members on financial reporting and compliance procedures
• Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial data entry, reporting, and compliance
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, including IFRS and GAAP standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial reporting software, including Workiva Wdesk and HFM

Preferred Qualifications

* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation

• Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of financial modeling and data visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau
• Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to train and develop junior team members
