Why You'll Love This Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of the arenaflex family, working closely with our American Airlines Credit Association team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle home equity loan applications, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and providing exceptional service throughout the process. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand values of care, respect, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle record setup for home equity loans, including providing necessary disclosures to customers, discussing credit terms, and reviewing the loan for closure

  • Perform daily audits on the Home Equity pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Process Closing Docs for home equity loans
  • Process Property Condition Reports for Home Equity Loans
  • Process Confirmation of Work for Home Equity Loan applicants
  • Perform booking of home equity loans
  • Input home equity loan information into daily Excel calculation sheets
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Security and Compliance

As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of all records and related data, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

What You'll Need for Success

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 2 years of related experience, preferably in a credit association environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Credit Connection and Episys Framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and analyze data
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
