Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.
  • Providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately.

Requirements
