Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to website and social platform live chat messages in a clear, friendly, and fast manner
- Assisting customers with product recommendations, delivery concerns, or payment questions
- Using provided scripts and guidelines to stay aligned with brand tone and messaging
- Identifying urgent messages and flagging them for follow-up by daytime teams
- Logging issues and summarizing customer insights at the end of your shift
