About the Role
This is a data entry role focused on processing and managing utility-related customer queries. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer care and data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities. You will be responsible for inputting and managing customer account data, investigating and resolving data discrepancies, and responding to inquiries while meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and manage customer account data related to utility services
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through account reconciliation
- Support external and internal customer service requests
- Meet performance benchmarks and KPI metrics (accuracy, turnaround time, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with team members and participate in occasional onsite meetings
- Support utility-related documentation and reports
Must-Have Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer care (CC) and data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a performance-tracked environment (KPI-driven)
