What You Will Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and account management services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing alternatives or solutions
  • Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile
  • Meeting personal and team targets

Who You Are and What You Have

To succeed in this role, you will need:

2 years of previous call center experience

Personable and professional oral and written communication skills

Pharmacy or other patient care experience is a plus

Located in the State of Missouri

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of previous call center experience
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Pharmacy or other patient care experience

  • Experience working with patients or customers in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of medication management and patient support services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (desired)
