Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience with startups and contracts
- Demonstrated experience in software and technology services sector
- SaaS and Software licensing, cloud services agreements, API integration agreements, custom development contracts, open-source compliance
- E-commerce, tech consulting, tech sector, healthcare and media
