Travel Coordinator (Remote – Training Provided)

This role is designed for individuals who want to build long-term skills and client relationships within the travel industry while working remotely.

As a Travel Coordinator, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking vacations, cruises, resorts, and group travel experiences. You will help organize travel details, present options, and support clients throughout the planning process.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training, certification, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, organization, and helping others create stress-free travel experiences while working remotely.

This is a performance-based role designed for individuals willing to invest time in developing clientele and growing professionally.

Responsibilities: Assist clients with planning and booking vacations, cruises, resorts, and group travel Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs Coordinate travel logistics including itineraries, reservations, and trip details Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online platforms Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the travel process Participate in basic marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services online

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service skills Marketing skills are a plus Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Interest in travel and helping others
