At Ravus, a Principal Project Manager will lead critical customer engagements, build our project management team to deliver with the highest quality, and shape our PMO. You'll drive critical client and internal initiatives, lead and mentor project managers, and establish best practices for delivery. Ready to make a lasting impact? Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients across industries to understand business objectives, pain points, and expected outcomes to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Build relationships with client and partner stakeholders that expands Ravus’ footprint as trusted partners.
  • Design and develop program plans and project schedules that effectively meet clients’ needs and set the Ravus team up for successful delivery.
  • Develop strategies and create internal tools to monitor and evaluate project progress and effectiveness.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of engagements, tracking status and provide meaningful reporting, and manage resourcing.
  • Track and proactively provide change management communication rooted in a foundation of partnership and co-owned delivery success aligned to business outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and training as a Principal Project Manager to scaling colleagues.
  • Support project teams in decision making, contribute to requirement definition, and solution design discussions.

Your Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS billing and revenue management projects.
  • Proficiency in managing large, multi-stream programs.
  • Experience operating as a Scrum Master and demonstrated execution within agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading projects with modern tools like Jira and Confluence is required. Ability to learn and work within client design project management structures.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis and support testing activities is desired.
