Graphic Designer

Remote · USA Full-time New today

CNC Agency (formerly Coffee ’n Clothes) is an experiential marketing agency born from culture and built for connection. We create experiences, stories, and products that people love and that help brands grow. We put people first and design accordingly, seamlessly blending strategy, creativity, production, and culture to turn ideas into experiences that move people. Because amazing things happen to brands when they build for humans, not algorithms.

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer who is a hands-on, detail-oriented creative responsible for bringing approved concepts to life through high-quality visual assets across experiential projects. This role works closely with Design Directors and Art Directors to execute cohesive design systems across physical and digital touchpoints, while continuing to build craft and confidence across a range of project types.

This position is centered on visual design and asset creation, not print production finalization or vendor-ready output.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute visual design assets based on established design systems or creative direction provided by Design Directors or Art Directors
  • Translate design direction into a range of experiential assets, including signage, large-format graphics, vinyl applications, presentations/decks, merchandise, and environmental graphics
  • Assist in building out organized working files that support downstream print production teams
  • Maintain clean, structured files to ensure efficient collaboration and handoff
  • Support the development of visual identities, including logo explorations, typography, and supporting graphic elements
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Design Directors to refine visual details and maintain consistency across touchpoints
  • Take ownership of execution on smaller projects or workstreams with guidance from senior team members
  • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and efficiently while maintaining alignment with creative direction

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in visual design, ideally within an experiential, agency, or brand environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful execution across brand, environmental, and/or experiential design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and scale across physical and digital formats
  • Basic understanding of how design files translate into print and large-format production
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and file-management skills
  • Comfortable working within established design systems while contributing ideas and elevating craft
  • Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $100,000.00. Where a candidate falls within this band will depend on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, demonstrated performance, specific skills, geographical location, and internal equity. We regularly benchmark roles to market data and ensure pay is aligned with the role’s scope and impact.

At CNC Agency, great ideas come from diverse perspectives. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their full selves to work. All qualified applicants will be considered, no matter race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected status.
