What You’ll Be Doing
- Omni-Channel Support: Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Social Media Interaction: Respond to comments and direct messages on our social platforms with speed and personality.
- Outbound Lead Gen: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to fuel our growth

Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or digital customer service role environment
- High-speed internet and a quiet, private, dedicated workspace if working remotely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Experience with CRM databases is a major plus, as well as computer typing competency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Mon-Fri: 7am-11am, 8am-2pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-6pm, 3pm-7pm, 4pm-8pm
Sat-Sun: 8.30am-12.30pm, 9am-5pm, 3pm-7pm
Compensation: $12.20 + Performance Incentives
