Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology.
  • Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Work Environment and Culture

Our Ontario, CA branch is located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762. As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll work full-time hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Our collaborative in-person setting and regular team events will help you build strong relationships with your colleagues and feel part of a supportive team culture.

Compensation and Perks

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate from $25 to $30 per hour, with a significant growth and earning potential! You'll also receive a $2 shift differential. Plus, enjoy our comprehensive benefits package, including complete health insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan, and multiple bonus programs.
