Job Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will be an opportunity to make a difference. We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, has a strong customer service aptitude, and is able to work independently in a remote environment.

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Must reside in Arizona
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
• Strong customer service aptitude and ability to work independently
• Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Home Setup Requirements:

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset

• Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/NO 5G internet packages
• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
• Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for training
