Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center, email, and chat channels. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and providing expert solutions to meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide expert solutions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
