Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service by answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to our policyholders

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Collaborate with dynamic teams to deliver personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by arenaflex
  • Utilize effective communication skills to listen, empathize, and resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
