As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, provide product information, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting arenaflex products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our team to provide legendary service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide product information
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
