Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales growth through our warm lead system. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members
  • Utilize our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work with a team of mentors and coaches to develop your skills and achieve your goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's products and services

* Must reside in the USA

  • Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed

  • Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
  • Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)
  • Leaders and entrepreneurs with a desire to build a business and achieve their life goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Life and health insurance license (we'll assist in obtaining)

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
