Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating, promoting, and selling products and services to prospective customers, strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to meet their unique needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets for new customer acquisition, achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Providing exceptional customer support, assisting customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Tracking sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and reporting on performance regularly to management.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients' requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • High school diploma required
  • Positive attitude and strong communicational skills
  • Willingness to be coached and develop your skills
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
