Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Sales Consultants and customers. Your primary goal will be to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

* Proactively communicate with all parties to exceed internal and external customers' expectations

  • Handle escalated non-management issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to all internal and external customer correspondence, including emails, chats, and phone calls, with thorough documentation
  • Receive and analyze internal and external customer requests, providing information requested or routing the request to the proper person
  • Demonstrate ownership of internal and external customer requests, ensuring follow-through, documentation, and complete resolution
  • Assist in returns and replacements as needed
  • Analyze transactions, correct records, and adjust errors
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability of in-stock items
  • Resolve internal and external customer questions related to orders, places orders where opportunity is present
  • Maintain a minimum average of 90% in customer service and sales area quality assurance reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge by attending vendor meetings/training and participating in provided training/education
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the distribution team
  • Proactively identify and communicate areas of department, training, and process improvements needed and for areas of company growth
  • Participate in training support of CSRI where needed
  • Report any system or product inaccuracies in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High School Diploma

  • 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
