Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, answering their inquiries, and helping them resolve any issues they may be facing. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information and help customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • Must reside in California

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer service software and systems

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
