Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll support one of the largest financial providers in the U.S. - no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career. Please note: A distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours.

What We're Looking For

* Must reside in South Carolina (Remote).

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Open availability during operating hours a must!
  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential.
  • If you reside within 50 miles of our on-site locations, you will be offered an onsite role. Please note we have a location in Sumter, SC.

Home Setup Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment.

  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless / No 5G internet packages can be used.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
