Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Care Advisor – Virtual Insurance Sales and Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Calling and receiving calls from clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and services
- Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages to clients over Zoom video calls
- Completing applications for insurance products and ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
