Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay: (30.00 - )41.50 per hour (based on experience)
- $4,500 sign-on bonus (eligibility requirements apply)

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced life support care to sick and injured individuals of all ages
- Safely transport patients to medical facilities
- Assist with other services and events as directed
Qualifications
- Successfully completed paramedic training program from an accredited institution (Associate of Science degree preferred)
- Previous ambulance and/or advanced life support experience is preferred
Education Requirements For Ground Paramedics:
- Current Minnesota or Wisconsin Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- American Heart Association ACLS and BLS Certification or American Red Cross ALS and BLS Certification upon hire or within 14 days
- Valid State Class D driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross PALS Certification
- ICS-100, ICS-200, and ICS-700 (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
For Air Care Paramedics:
- Current Minnesota Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Current Wisconsin Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- National Registered Paramedic
- American Heart Association ACLS and BLS Certification or American Red Cross ALS and BLS Certification upon hire or within 14 days
- Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C) within 12 months of hire
- American Heart Association and American Red Cross PALS Certification upon hire or within 14 days
- ICS-100, ICS-200, and ICS-700 (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Maximum weight of 215 pounds in uniform
Education Requirements Credential Category Paramedic Training from an accredited institution Experience Requirements
- Previous ambulance and/or advanced life support experience is preferred
