Responsibilities

As a Consultant-Customer/Solution Support Engineer - Azure Infrastructure at Nexpatha, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware to design and implement robust solutions.
  • Engaging with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Conducting architecture consultation and support for hybrid infrastructures and cloud adoption using the Well Architected Framework.
  • Interfacing with enterprise and government clients to successfully plan, deploy, and optimize on-premises, private, and public cloud environments.
  • Advising clients on strategic decisions and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of their organizations.
  • Confidently presenting complex technical concepts and solutions to clients, aligning them with business goals and objectives.
  • Providing comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support.
  • Solving advanced technical issues and delivering training for Microsoft enterprise software products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving systems architecture, IT consulting, support, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (Azure, Windows Server) which are highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively.

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly beneficial:

  • Experience with cloud migration and management.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence.
